PREPARATION.
Apply on clean, dry skin. If using FACE treatment, prepare the face by face washing with soap and water, or use a face wash solution. For BODY treatment, anticipate a time that you can wear the least amount of clothing for a half-hour period.
APPLICATION.
Apply enough product to cover the skin area.
FACE:
The FACE treatment should include the neck, entire facial area, and around the eyes (as near as possible without getting product inside eyes). Facial application should use about 1g or 1mL of product. Do not apply any other product to the face for at least 30 minutes. Ideally, this product should be applied 30 minutes before bed, and letting the treatment remain on the skin for maximum absorption and effectiveness.
BODY:
Place an amount on your hand and then rub on the body, repeating until the entire body is covered. It is helpful to start on the extremities and work through the entire body. The less amount your skin has with clothing during and after the application, the better, as clothing will absorb a significant amount of product. Let the product soak into the skin for 30 minutes before getting dressed or sitting on fabric furniture. Ideally, this product should be applied at least 30 minutes before bed, and bed clothing should be light and loose to avoid rubbing and absorption.
ABSORPTION TIME.
As previously stated, absorption of the product is critical for effective nourishment and treatment. The skin is a living organ, and the nutrients and ingredients in the Liliderm product need time to react and engage with the skin cells and their metabolic biochemical reactions. Absorption is essential, and although Liliderm has chemically formulated the product to maximize absorption, letting the product remain undisturbed for 30 minutes is highly recommended for best results.
